The building is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile.

We were in a big size apartment close enough to train station and old town, and shops, restaurants and bakery. Its location was excellent and exceptionally nice - close to Old Town. Also, it was based near the center.

The location was marvellous and just 5 minutes walk to a covered wooden footbridge. Amicable and helpful staff & variety of activities. Everything about this stay was excellent, thank you.

The apartment at Keyforge City Apartments Waldstatterstrasse 8 was in a great location, close to groceries and the center of town. The layout of the apartment was good, with three separate bedrooms. The kitchen, although poorly equipped at first, did improve after we complained and they brought us three utensils. The apartment was clean and comfy, and the check-in staff was very helpful in explaining the facilities. It was also convenient to have a spare adapter in the room. The building had an elevator and was close to shops for buying ingredients. I recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Lucerne.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely apartment in Lucerne. the location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. the hosts were extremely helpful and even provided us with discount cards for a nearby restaurant, which turned out to be amazing. the washer and dryer were a great convenience, and overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely choose Keyforge City Apartments again without hesitation. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.

keyforge city apartments on waldstatterstrasse 8 was a pleasant surprise. the spacious apartment had a complete kitchen area and the rooms were perfect for my family. the location was awesome, close to the train station and local shops. the staff was very considerate, allowing us to store our bags after check-out. overall, a memorable experience.
